I had a scheduled service appointment, but my vehicle broke down on the way to the dealership. Even though I paid for a 5‑year extended warranty, neither the dealership nor the warranty company was helpful in my situation. The warranty company claimed I had no coverage, despite the fact that I paid for it, and the dealership refused to send a tow truck to help me off the side of the road.

Krenesia was the perfect sales person, in fact she was there on Sunday just greeting customers and offering assistance even though the office was closed. Her personality is remarkable, we came on Monday without an appointment was seated in her office while she was with another customer, she found time to stop by and explain that she was indeed working with someone one else. The windows and door locks stopped working on my G37. Herring Gear Infinity made the repairs. However, my service representative failed to get prior approval from Car Shield, which refused to pay. The General Manager made good on the bill. Everyone was so nice and they have made a customer for life.

I made one call to Jerry about the blow out I had on the interstate. He immediately told me what to do to get my truck towed in. Roadside assistance was very helpful also. Jerry assured that it would be fixed my the end of the day and it was.
Honestly, I have been thinking about getting a different vehicle but I’m afraid I won’t get the type of customer service I get at INFINITI (Patrick) so I’m staying put for now!!

I don't know where to begin with how awesome Patrick S. from HerrinGear Infinti assisted me getting my car serviced. He was knowledgeable and kind. I really didn't have to think about how I would get home or to work. He scheduled all my appointments (car needed multiple things done), and there was nothing I was surprised about in the process. Everything was explained and executed with my permission.

I looked online at herrin gear's inventory and planned my trip to come. Upon arrival there were several staff outside. Lathario B. greeted us & assisted with the sale.
