I had a scheduled service appointment, but my vehicle broke down on the way to the dealership. Even though I paid for a 5‑year extended warranty, neither the dealership nor the warranty company was helpful in my situation. The warranty company claimed I had no coverage, despite the fact that I paid for it, and the dealership refused to send a tow truck to help me off the side of the road.

The windows and door locks stopped working on my G37. Herring Gear Infinity made the repairs. However, my service representative failed to get prior approval from Car Shield, which refused to pay. The General Manager made good on the bill. Everyone was so nice and they have made a customer for life.
