Triston treats you like you’re her only customer. She is very detail oriented and that’s extremely important when getting service on your vehicle. My vehicle was in your service center for an insurance claim and she called and followed up in a timely manner. She is friendly and always smiling. I had spoken with Phil on the phone about my vehicle and my issues and he assigned Triston as my advisor. I might add the pass off was seamless. Thank you!

The reason for my rating was because of the service I received from your Customer Service Rep whom was courteous and expedient in getting the job done in a very professional way. Her name was Jeanne Malone, and I feel she should be rewarded for a job well done. Thanks again for resolving my issue with my vehicle. Also she handled everything. Didn’t really come in contact with others.

I felt like I lived here (at least for two weeks). Purchasing a car can be a difficult decision, especially if you are unsure of what you want or what fits you. The entire Herrin-Gear staff was so polite, patient, and friendly. They made sure my needs were met. There is no such thing as low satisfactory levels here...everything to them, from car to customer satisfaction, IS their priority!
