First of all I would like to say my service representative Trish was excellent she did her absolute best to offer the best experience for me. However, the amount of time my car was in the shop was far to long. I dropped the car off at the beginning of December but did not see it again until mid January. I was told the driver side axle was bent and the CV join needed to be replaced. I had to bring it back a few times to completly resolve the issue. The experience is almost always pleasant at Herrin-Gear INFINITI. Most of the time I come I'm tired and exhausted from work. They provide snacks and complimentary beverages while you wait for your car to get serviced. Everyone works proficiently to get you the best services possible. Purchased my automobile last year. This was my third visit. I must say, it was the BEST ONE SO FAR! My first two were less than desirable in customer service from my Service Advisor. My second visit was the new manager, James, first day, and I shared my concerns and first impression of my previous visit.
